Workload Analysis Using the Workload Analysis Method as Consideration for Providing Worker Incentives

Abstract

UD. Hidup Baru is an Agro-industry business which is engaged in coconut oil production, located in the village of Paya Rangkuluh, Kec. Kuta Blang, Kab. Bireuen The problem that concerns this company is the imbalance of workload on the part of production. Review this research to analyze the workload of workers. Workload Analysis Method is used to determine the workload of each worker. The work sampling method is used to get a percentage of productive time. Sampling of Work Results that showed the highest productivity was at worker 7 at the pressing station that was 94% and the lowest productivity at worker 5 at the pressing station that was at 88%. The Workload Analysis results show that each production worker has a workload of more than 100%. The highest workload on workers 7 in the pressing section is 126.98%. The proposal given related to high workload is to provide incentives to workers who depend on the workload of each worker.
