Effect Of Individual Factors On Employee Work Behavior And Company Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of individual factors on employee work behavior and company performance. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Model (SEM). There are two groups of constructs that are used, namely exogenous constructs (individual factors and employee performance) and endogenous constructs (company performance). The results showed that employee work behavior can be directly influenced by individual factors. Simultaneous analysis results that not all exogenous variables can directly affect company performance variables. However, it must pass through moderator variables.
