Detecting Fake News using NLP and Machine Learning Classification Algorithms

In recent days, technology is growing and people are busy with their own activities. They do not have time to read the newspaper and to watch news channels for what happening around us. They spent their leisure time for accessing news from different online sources,their number is increasing day by day at the same time fake news is also spreading proportionally from different online sources such as news articles, YouTube, social media.Etc... Fake news got probably the most concerning issue. It can shape the assessment and analytical thinking of individuals by going deeper into their psyches. In this paper, we are suggesting an essential methodology for distinguishing the phony news (fake news) from different news web portals with the help of NLP Techniques such as Count Vectorization, TF-IDF Vectorization and Machine Learning Classification Algorithms. With the utilization and applying of these strategies, we can predict whether the news is phony (fake) or unique.
