Voltage Stability Index Based Optimal Placement of SVC in Power System Network Using Weight Improved PSO

Shunt Controlled SVC is used to study the execution due to significant characteristics listed as reliable stabilization of voltage exactly in weak zones, enhanced transmission capacity with low losses, decreased required for installation of new lines, good transient stability limits with enhanced damping capability for neglecting disturbances. In the present paper, the voltage stability index known as L index was implemented to allocate SVC machine optimally in power scheme&preferredscope of SVC scheme which was got through reducing the impartial function i.e. decrease in power loss, price of device was implemented utilizing modern enhanced Weight Improved PSO algorithm..
