Fog node Resources(like CPU time, Memory and Network latency) Optimization and resources management is about making sure that fog nodes have the resources needed at the right time, but it’s also about avoiding stockpiling resources unnecessarily making sure that the container image files are assigned to tasks that will keep them busy and not have too much downtime. The principles of resource allocation is so essential to keep the migrated service's load balancing at each fog node. The main advantages of good resource optimization and allocation is to increase the maximum throughput and Quality of Service of the fog nodes, thereby increasing the Quality of user experience from the IoT devices. Resource optimization is a way of implementing the processes and methods to match the available limited fog node resources. In this paper, we are proposing a new algorithm called "Live Resource Estimation, Optimization, and Allocation".
