This study aims to examine the long-run relationship between Internet usage and economic growth inGulf Cooperation Council countries (GCC) for the period of 15 years from 2003 to 2017, within panel data framework.The analysis was conducted using two rigorous new techniques. Results show positive and significant impact to internet usage on economic growth.Moreover, the similarity of the results abstained from the two techniques indicates the robustness of the results. The empirical results reveal that internet usage promotes economic growth in the GCC countries.
