Design of Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) using Heterogeneous Avalanche Voltage Changeover Circuit

To overcome the dynamic power consumption, this work has proposed a heterogeneous avalanche voltage changeover circuit which renders less capacitance near inputs, zero power (static) consumption with a provision of complementary (automatic) functions. In addition to it, to cope up with the short circuit problem and the power leakage this work has proposed a current limiter based on three-terminal semiconductors with Active Comb Filter which reduce the short circuit power by keeping the rise and fall times near input and output remain the same and mitigates the noise effect. While existing systems are focusing on only dynamic power consumption or only leakage, the proposed system has taken into account all the three components of power consumption such as short circuit power, power (both static & dynamic) and can operate on low power when compared with the other mechanisms.
