Abstract

The development of technology is increasingly sophisticated, where it has the direction and purpose to facilitate human work. In Era Society, 5.0 technology is not only judged by its intelligence but by its benefits in helping humans. At the company, a document is a precious object, so from various things very considered, such as authorization and storage. Identified 2 (two) problems, namely many companies that still use the manual method in which documents must be printed in order to be legalized manually so that it is considered ineffective and inefficient. These problems can be overcome with a high-security digital signature system using SHA-256 encryption so as to avoid counterfeiting problems and so on. By using Agile development methods. Researchers hope that the presence of a digital signature will make it easier for everyone to make a validation without having to print a document and not have to think about the validity of the digital document so that it can be judged to be effective and efficient in facilitating human work.
