The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of harmonizing the principles of sharia in an effort to provide copyright protection in the format of Islamic Intellectual Property Rights (IPR/HKI) that can be implemented into a model of nationalization of the Islamic law that occurs in Indonesia, where existing national laws are found in the legal basis based on sharia by an authorized institution for that, which in this case is the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI).
