This study investigates effects of therapeutic intervention on function enhancement and NGF expression in stroke in rats. 34 rats were used. The experimental group (EG=17) received therapeutic intervention after the stroke. The Dartfish program was used to demonstrate the impact of the stroke on functional changes. The spinal cord of the L4-L5 level was used for histological examination. In the assessment of the joint angle at the toe off with the initial contact of the control and experimental groups showed statistically significant deference. This results of study was indicated a significant difference between the groups in the expression level of NGF. Application of therapeutic intervention reduced spasticity and increased the expression of NGF.
