The aim of this study was to improve the results of diagnosis and treatment of children with malformations of the bronchopulmonary system complicated by chronic purulent endobronchitis, to prevent the progression of the disease and reduce the frequency of exacerbations. The use of endobronchial and outpatient polyoxidonium in children with malformations of the bronchopulmonary system complicated by chronic purulent endobronchitis with the ineffectiveness of standard treatment positively affected the course of the inflammatory process in the bronchi, which was confirmed by the improvement of clinical symptoms, cytology of bronchoalveolar-lavage fluid and immunological parameters
