Abstract

Inelastic electron scattering form factors for 44Ca, 48Ca, 46Ti and 60Ni nuclei lies in the fp-shell region are investigated by taking the effect of higher configurations outside the fp-shell (what is known as core polarization effects) by means of effective proton and neutron charges by using Tassie and Bohr-Mottelson Models calculations are performed in the fp model space using GXPF1A effective interaction while the core polarization is calculated with harmonic oscillator (HO) as residual interaction. The comparison with the measured data agrees reasonably well for all the C2 form factors of the selected states which proves the success of Tassie and Bohr-Mottelson models are successful to reproduce the C2 form factors by choosing adequate proton and neutron effective charges.
