This article sets out a method for optimizing decision making in eliminating subjective psychological factors as the main tool for ensuring the economic security of textile enterprises. based on review author proposed the hierarchy method for optimizing of making decision, which has two important advantages: it allows interested parties to express a subjective view on ensuring the economic security of the enterprise and, on the other hand, optimizes the manager‘s subjectivity, eliminates lobbying in relation to specific alternatives. This method is important in ensuring economic security at textile enterprises, and is also applicable at other industrial enterprises.
