The purpose of the present study was to describe the key tools and approaches to managing the digital transformation of enterprises. The authors identified, generalized, and systematized the key tools for implementing digital technologies at the enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex, revealed the effects of improving the quality of technological processes, as well as financial and economic indicators of industrial enterprises after the implementation of state-of-the-art digital technologies in production and enterprise management.
