There is a significant change in the buying mechanism of the consumers after the advent of internet. There are various factors that affect the buying behavior of the electronic goods category which makes the online shopping medium as an attractive channel for business owners. The paper deals with the major factors that drives the online buying intention of the customers towards the electronic goods. It is found that Trust of the customer towards the online shopping medium has a higher influence towards the buying intention of electronic goods in the online store format.
