Optimization of microclonal reproduction of salvia pratensis l. Culture in vitro on multilayer perceptron base

An approach is proposed to solve the problem of intelligent control of in vitro cultivation of medicinal plants by optimizing the parameters of the nutrient medium based on the apparatus of artificial neural networks. With the help of the developed neural network models, simulation and optimization of the microclonal reproduction process was carried out using the example of S. pratensis L. Synthesized neural network models and the neurocontroller allowed choosing the optimal compositions and concentrations of nutrient media to obtain the required parameters of mini-plants grown in vitro.
