International experience suggests that there is not yet enough material to solve the question of the duration and regimens of chemotherapy and the possibility of the successful use of new drugs. At the end of 2018, WHO published the document “WHO treatment guidelines for multidrug and rifampicin - resistant tuberculosis, 2018 update”, which (for the first time addresses the age-related approach to the problem of chemotherapy with the need to identify the age group of children and adolescents.
