the article deals with the issues based on developing social pedagogical competence of future defectologists. The essence and content of the social pedagogical competence of future defectologist teachers will be supported by a targeted impact on students, aimed at developing the abilities and skills to set and achieve the goals of adaptation, socialization and integration of students with disabilities in the implementation of various types of professional activities, based on their values of recognition of equal rights children with disabilities to receive a quality education.
