The tobacco farming is a profitable agricultural crop. The current situation of tobacco production is of great competitive extent. Argumentatively,tobacco crop production has a great health risks related exposure but the income and possible earningsis commensurate including its tax contribution added in the national economy treasury. This study was developed to assess the marketing practices of228 tobacco farmers in different municipalities of Isabela. Data was collected from Aurora, Burgos, Ilagan, Mallig, Quirino, Reina Mercedes and Roxas, Isabela. Employing the quantitative methodology, data was collected through the administration of questionnaires and interview. The result reflected that there is no significant difference among product variety, price, yield and income. Also, yield has no significant difference as to area planted and number of years in farming. However, price proved to have a significant difference as to number of years in farming. The statistical result concluded that all level under marketing mix – product, price and place analyzed that every farmer had their corresponding marketing practices to produce a quality tobacco. T-test was used to determine the significant difference between the mean of different variable groups mentioned in the hypotheses. Problems encountered by the respondents were insufficient financial assistance rank as 1 or most of the problems. This study, therefore, recommends 1]Constant supervision of field personnel to tobacco farmers planting with both product varieties to maintain their income, quality produce and yield volume. 2] Growing department set a good timing on the date of transplanting in order not to compromise the yield of the grown tobacco leaf. 3] Encourage and invest to those local tobacco farmers for them not to quit in planting, 4] To fulfill the requirements of Universal’s global customers based on quality produced. Lastly, 5] Universal Leaf Philippines Inc.,as buyer is recommended to revise the set or approved budget per crop stage, it should be higher than the current budget.
