The article considers the purpose and key indicators of the Strategy for the Development of the Construction Industry of the Russian Federation until 2030 and analyzes the main directions of innovation development of the construction industry strategy for the long term. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the planned indicators of the volume of construction services that affect the expected development results of “Construction in Russia” with a share more than 70% of the total volume of construction services. It should be noted that the analysis and evaluation of the organizational and legal support for the development of the construction industry allow us to conclude that in recent years special attention has been paid to the development and implementation of state programs at the federal level in the country, favorable conditions have been created for state support of innovation development. In this regard, improving the system of industrial science and ensuring the technological independence of the industry are the main directions at the present stage.
