Legal Aspects of Production and Consumption Waste Management within Natural Resource Management System


In the sphere of natural resources management, the mankind is currently concerned with the problem of production and consumption wastes as one of the most important ecological problems. The Krasnodar krai, which has a densely populated territory and a developed economy, is no exception, and the problem of industrial and consumption waste (hereinafter - waste) continues to be of paramount importance in terms of medical and environmental hazards to public health and ecosystem conservation. Increasing the intensity of economic activities, increasing the volume of production and consumption waste, as well as the level of damage, the formation of unauthorized dumps and landfills requires immediate development and implementation of an integrated system of use, storage and disposal of waste. Already for several years the work on reforming the waste management industry, the main idea of which is separate collection and subsequent processing of waste, in reforming the waste management industry has been conducted.
