In the conditions of modern economic dynamics and a steep reduction in the time resource available to managers in particular and companies in general for the promotion of goods and services, the need for the maximum use of virtual channels for distributing goods, increasing the mobility of marketing services, the ability of these services to confidently position products and services on electronic platforms seems to be vital.The technological boom observed in almost all areas of managerial activity poses several tasks for managers that were not typical 3-5 years ago. The growing popularity of instant messengers, communication platforms has led to the emergence of completely new doctrines for the promotion of goods. One such technology is Social Network Promotion (SNP). It uses the achievements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to promote products among members of certain communities and groups in the most popular social networks. One example of the implementation of such an approach will be examined and described in the presented paper.
