The article provides for studies of physical and mechanical properties of flat samples of carbon fiber reinforced plastics and gas turbine engine blades on the basis of TFP preforms produced using various stitching mode parameters. The effect of the carbon roving laying density and the piercing step of the aramid yarn on the strength properties of composites is shown. Optimal technological parameter of the creation of TFP preforms were chosen.
