Answering User Queries Using College Chatbot

Parents always want to know many details about an educational institution before their ward is joined in that institution. Though the website of a particular institute display some overall information, parents may have so many doubts related to admissions, exams, events, timings, holidays etc. To clarify their doubts, they need to either directly visit the institution or telephone and enquire about the required information from the concerned person of the institute. But at the time parents visit or call, concerned person may be busy. To overcome this problem, there is a solution of automatic answering system using Artificial intelligence called college chatbot. Not only parents, sometimes students also may want to know many details on holidays or beyond college hours. Through college chatbot, a student or parent can get answers to their queries from anywhere and anytime without any human being’s manual intervention in answering the queries.
