Abstract

In 21st Century, every field of work needs to get it done quickly with high accuracy. Agile framework developed while addressing the pitfall identified in the Waterfall lifecyDcle. Agile projects are result oriented, time bounded and it has higher execution success rates compare to traditional waterfall lifecycle model. As the agile projects highlights the risks time to time, it protects the major revenue loss and help the project owner to take timely decision. There are a few comparisons that showcase the improvements in Agile over traditional waterfall lifecycle projects.
