Leadership Integrity and the Effect on Good Governance Practices in the Indonesian Constitutional Court

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance influence of the leadership integrity dimension which consists of upholding the ethical corridors, supporting education and learning, functioning of the organizational ethics board, optimizing IT systems, making changes for future organizational improvement towards good governance practices, both simultaneously and partially at Constitutional Court Institution Registrar and Secretariat environment. By using a descriptive quantitative research design and using 150 employee respondents, it was found that the integrity of leaders in upholding the ethical corridor, supporting education and learning, functioning of the organization's ethical board, optimizing IT systems, and encouraging change for the future improvement of the organization had a significant effect on good governance practices, both simultaneously and partially.
