Effectiveness of Village Financial Information System Implementation

This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of human resources in the village and the existence of training and education in the context of the effectiveness of accounting information systems about village funds, using the population of all villages in the Bali-Indonesia Province. The sample used was 87 villages that had run a village financial system. This study uses primary data in the form of the results of respondents' answers to the questionnaire prepared by researchers. Respondents' answers were analyzed using multiple linear regression and resulted that the quality of human resources and education and training needed to be done in the village to support the effectiveness of the implementation of a computer-based village financial system and accounting.
