This review of literature reveals that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture, organizational learning and employee commitment. The review focused further on establishing the relationship between the constructs under study and reinforced the finding as existed in various secondary sources. Organizational culture and organizational learning arise from the same family but organizational learning is found to have mediating role in building employee commitment in an organization.
