This research was conducted at a private university in West Java Province which was motivated by the high level of desire to know the competitive power of private universities as a result of the recent advances in science and technology. It is believed that the universities that succeed in increasing their students are universities that have high attractiveness and provide the principle of benefits to prospective academics. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of attractiveness and influence of prospective student scores on their decision to choose a prospective university when they study later. The descriptive quantitative method has been used in preparing this study with instruments in the form of questionnaires given to students of the fifth semester and above. While the sampling technique is cluster proportional random sampling. After the data is collected, then the path analysis process continues until finally we can identify empirically that universities that have high attractiveness and value added services for their students greatly influence the decisions of prospective students in determining their choices.
