Abstract

A cloud-point extraction (CPE) be a separation then pre concentration technique that has been trace metal determination in quite many different matrices a surfactant solution yielding a hydrophobic use up Triton X- 114 (TX-114)as a nonionic surfactant was developed for the extraction and pre concentration of The determination Cu (II) by using 5% (v/v) TX-114(0.2ml), the effect of the pH was (5),the concentration of ligand(1.2ml)for 20min incubation time at equilibrium temperature equal of 60 °C, the rate of centrifugation was stabiles at (2000 rpm) and The calibration graph was linear and obey the Bear, sLaw between the range of (0.002-0.2)ngml-1. Spectrophotometric determination used aimed at determination of Cu(II) at λmax =464 nm. The surfactant-rich phase was then analyzed by phase separation (or cloud point) extraction technique. RSD value (0.149), the LOD of (0.0008) ng mL-, the value LOQ (0.0024)ng mL-1
