This paper aims to demonstrate the relationship among the core basic elements, i.e., between transformational leadership and job attitudes. This is an attempt to review and acknowledge the already written literature and gain insight about the nature of relationship between the key variables and thus contribute to gain more clarity over transformational leadership styles existing in the organizations. Transformational style of leadership through its key components fosters a positive influence over job attitudes.
