Currently, the problems of preserving the integrity of the historical architectural and urban planning appearance, environment and natural landscape of low-rise residential complexes of the first post-war decade in St. Petersburg are of important historical, cultural, architectural,urban and environmental importance. The article aims to identify valuable spatial-planning characteristics, assess the degree of comfort of modern living and determine the historical and cultural significance of the largest low-rise residential development complex in Leningrad.
