The studied problem is urgent due to ageing of the world population. It determines a significant growth of interest to the issues of preventing age-related diseases, increased period of active longevity, improved life quality, and searching for the means of ageing inhibition and reversion. The aim of the article is to study the influence of ‘Novu Medical’ massage and heat equipment for domestic use on the process of natural ageing, prevention of age-related pathology, increased period of active longevity and improved life quality. Prevention of age-related changes was analyzed in 140 patients aged 61 to 78 using the method of grouping and comparison. The syndromes of ageing and results of their correction with preformed physical factors are considered. 93.5% of patients have a significantly improved life quality, stabilized psychoemotional condition and arterial pressure. Thus, 85% of patients suffered from a reduced pain syndrome, 30% had decreased blood serum cholesterol, 25% had normal glucose levels, with a tendency to its decrease noted in 46% of patients. 40% have a normal coagulation blood function. ‘NovuMedical’ equipment does not only decrease the speed of ageing but also generates a system of knowledge and skills on the improvement of life quality and includes them into the active actions related to selfimprovement of health, mental and physical self-perfection. The syndromic approach to the influence of the processes of natural ageing and age-related changes makes timely prevention and correction using ‘Novu Medical’ equipment at home appropriate and necessary. This approach will form a new paradigm of care and health management when not only state social institutes but also patients become direct and active participants of the process of preservation and improvement of their own health.
