The Level of Scope and Content of Teaching Gender-related Issues at Training Lawyers in Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions

Abstract

In the article it is shown, that the providing of equal rights and possibilities of women and men in the Ukrainian society promotes the realization of essential human‟s peculiarities and assists in the formation of an integral personality. The article deals with the research of the peculiarities of Ukrainian in conjunction with the country‟s current educational tasks, including the Order of Ministry of Education and Science “About the implementation of the gender equality principles in the education”. The article is devoted to the research of the gender differentiation of ethnic identity and the level of national distance in multicultural environment. The gender aspect is considered as one of the factors that influence the process of ethnic interaction. In the article there was made an effort to formulate the criteria of analysis of educational documents and programs for secondary school. There was shown the interconnection of the levels of gender relations and gender characteristics with the educational process of the school. In the article are exposed theoretical approaches for making gender analysis of the level of scope and content of teaching gender-related issues at training lawyers in Ukrainian higher education institutions.
