The main issues of formation of risk-oriented strategy of enterprise development in modern conditions are considered in the article. The conditions of functioning of enterprises in the conditions of globalization and internationalization are determined. In modern business conditions, companies are looking for new approaches to strengthening their position in the market, this is what requires the improvement of enterprise management systems. The basis that will ensure the effective functioning of enterprises, we consider the mechanism of economic activity, focused on process management, which provides a clear formalization, structure of risk management processes. The developed mechanism of formation of risk-oriented development strategy makes it possible to adapt each of the five proposed stages to the specifics of enterprises in the current globalization of the economy, taking into account the tasks of their innovative development and the possible impact of many risks. and ensuring an effective enterprise risk management system. The article substantiates the possibility of implementing a risk management methodology based on a system of risk indicators for assessing an effective risk management system for key aspects of enterprise operation.
