Achieving a real increase in energy efficiency of enterprises should be based not only on technical solutions, but also on more modern management. It is noted that energy management is a tool which can provide production and economic facilities with savings through energy policy for the use of energy resources. The article proposes a mechanism for implementing the energy management system (EMS) for industrial enterprises, based on the specifics and features of Ukrainian industry, a standard CEM implementation schedule has been developed.
