The article discusses the concept of organizing a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). The pros and cons of decentralized autonomous organizations are given. To neutralize the negative aspects of such organizations, it is proposed to use technology of distributed ledgers (blockchain). The strengths and weaknesses of such modernization are also analyzed.
