Guided inquiry is a learning model that can stimulate students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. The use of learning models will be effective if supported by appropriate teaching materials. This study aims to analyze, and design e-student worksheets based on guided inquiry learning models to stimulate students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This type of research is development. This product development uses the ADDIE model. The steps of the ADDIE model include analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in this study were 7th-grade MTs Muhammadiyah Karangkajen students. Research data were collected using observation guidelines, validation sheets, and questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that students need learning media that can optimize the ability to improve mathematical problem-solving. Learning Media in question is an e-student worksheet using a guided inquiry learning model. This research resulted in a guided inquiry-based e-student worksheet design. The e-student worksheet design was validated by experts. Based on the results of the validation, the e-student worksheet design was stated as good and feasible to use. This design can be used as a reference by teachers in developing e-student worksheets.
