The article discusses the specifics of remuneration of construction workers, indicates the role and place of this industry in the national economy of Uzbekistan. In theoretical terms, the distinctive feature of the labor process in construction is studied. A number of proposals have been made to increase labor productivity and improve material incentives for workers.
