This article examines the influencing factors of repatriate outcomes by identifying the employees adjustment on the perspective of their career advancement. Repatriation refers to the job transfer from overseas assignment or coming back to the host country. In this article, a set of factors are proposed to the effectiveness of Repatriates outcomes. The review of literature extensively explains the role of employee antecedents working in IT sector and repatriation outcomes for any individual. The data was collected from top five IT companies using simple random sampling in each of the organization. The sample comprised 100 respondents selected at random. The data was collected in early 2018 and chi-square analysis done for age and gender influences among the three independent variables, Professionalism, Knowledge sharing and Mentor Support to get the repatriates outcome as dependent variable. As it concludes how MNC utilize the host country employee, mentors to provide adjustment to repatriates. Our results indicate specific young and middle age and gender (male) factors identifies more mentoring functions where influence specifically repatriate outcomes.
