Abstract

In competitive society women are facing lots of problems. They are working hard to contribute towards their family growth and developments as a result, earning number of women also increased in the society. Women are playing a dual role in the society as a home maker and as employees. This cause stress and also affects their physical and mental health. In India numerous working women employees is facing stress. Many complications faced by married women employees during endeavoring to stable their personal and professional lives. Female employees are needed to carry out a formation of divergent characters concurrently everyone with its distinctive constraints Numerous obstacles are confronted by women to demonstrate a stability among personal and professional life. It is essential to discover numerous labels of data accumulation over a prolonged duration to keen understanding the evolving nature of work-family roles. Present study tried to empirical analysis the attributes of occupational stress that completely influence women employees and working environment. The concluding remark of this articles represents that private sector bank employees are under more occupational stress as compared to public sector bank employees.
