The study investigated the role of LMX as mediating in the association between subordinates creativity and transformational leader. Behavior such as: empathy, achievement, feedback, commitment, communication, empowerment, performance and motivation were the predictors of follower creativity. Data was collected from 280 academicians through survey, working in different universities of Peshawar. The results demonstrated that effect of TL on disciples’ creativity was solid with the intercession of LMX. Moreover, the outcomes demonstrated that LMX convinced creativity in the two different ways: direct and indirect way. The implications, theoretically and practically of this study are discussed.
