Abstract

This research presents the development of digital transformation success model for the public insurance company in Indonesia. The model was extended based on information system (IS) project success model by adding trust variable in the process dimension of the project success model. The variable itself was added in terms of the main issue of the transformation process. As it is conducted by many previous scholars who developed IS model by adopting, combining and adapting the prior models. The researchers assumed the digital transformation phenomena as input-process-output logic of the IS success model. The proposed model was composed of ten variables, 53 indicators, and 30 paths between the variables.
