Educational equivalency program with the packet C program is very strategic in the context of providing knowledge. The implementation of this program is primarily aimed at people dropping out of school because of economic problems, people who live in special areas, such as border areas, disaster areas, and isolated areas that do not yet have adequate educational facilities. By understanding the value and benefits of educational equivalency programs for improving the quality of life is one of the main factors that encourage people to participate in programs that are held with enthusiasm. For the national scale, the implementation of educational equivalency programs is intended as an effort to support and succeed the 12-year compulsory education program which is a translation of the strategic plan of the Ministry of Education and Culture that broadens access, equity, and improves the quality of education.
