The analysis of the time and cost of the implementation of a project is essential. Any delay will cause funding to exceed the planned budget, which will be detrimental to various parties. The purpose of the study is to find the optimal construction time and to evaluate the cost or the implementation funds of the project, which is related to implementation time that has been optimized for the execution of work. The method used to analyze is the crash program of the Time-Cost Trade-off, Fast track, and Linear Programming
