Stability Analysis of Tumor and Immune System Interactions with Treatment

In this paper we have proposed a mathematical model on tumor, immune system interactions with treatment. Discrete time delay as bifurcation parameter, we have established the sufficient conditions for locally asymptotically stable state. Without delay, constant treatment of either cytokine or effector cells is applied to eradicate tumor and treatments boost the immune system. Numerical examples are supported to validate the effectiveness of our analytical results.
