Strategic Improving the Quality Graduates of Private Teacher in Bandung

Abstract

The quality of graduates is still low and not optimal, efforts to improve the quality of college graduates are the background of this research. The existing problem requires a process of a series of activities in basic and comprehensive decision-making that are implemented by all levels of higher education, both structural and academic, in order to achieve predetermined goals. Strategic research objectives. By applying it to an educational institution, it will benefit from being able to compete, and to improve the quality of education services and to be able to anticipate the dynamics of change. The research method used a qualitative approach using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation study. With a strategic approach through environmental observation, strategic formulation, strategic implementation, evaluation and control. Conclusion The result of the research is that in strategic implementation there are still various obstacles that are actually not taken into account during the strategic formulation process.
