With each year the global stocks of the energy resources are reducing and their extraction demands more and more investments. The developed countries authorities put lots of efforts into the new energy efficiency technologies development and their implementation into the life of the society and business processes. The strategic prospects of economic development are considered, the place of energy saving and energy efficiency is justifiedin the system of priorities for its innovative modernization in the aspect of the business production development (decreasing the prices of final product). The first sector of the article is dedicated to the energy efficiency and energy saving government programs that are used in many countries of the world and are contributed not only to improve the environmental situation but also to make the enterprises develop their production technologies and use rationally the energy resources. The second sector of the article is dedicated to the new alternative sources of energy and the technologies that will help to reduce the energy usage for the residents.
