Abstract

In today's fast pace in the world, the loss of valuable items has become a common problem, causing discomfort and economic losses to people. The Digital Lost and Found platform is a latest technical solution, designed to reduce the distance between lost goods and their correct owners. This paper studies the development, implementation and impact of a digital platform dedicated to the management of lost goods, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and security. The proposed platform acts as a centralized system, where users can report their lost or found items, including the necessary information such as the details, location, date and contact information of the object. This system serves to mix lost items using advanced algorithms, making it easier to reunite between owners and their objects. In addition, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning techniques have been included, which increases the accuracy of matching of objects, reduces errors and makes the re -achieving process more effective. Security and authenticity are important aspects of this platform. Identification verification system and methods such as unique object identifiers ensure that only the correct owners can claim their goods. Integration of blockchain technology increases transparency and prevent fraud claims, strengthening users' confidence. Additionally, the implementation of mobile and web applications can easily reach this platform from anywhere, which improves user participation and access.
