Upbringing: Music and aromatherapy are recognized as effective complementary interventions that enhance psychological well-being in athletes by reducing stress, anxiety, and fatigue, while improving mood, relaxation, and focus. Such benefits contribute to optimal performance in competitive sports (Knight et al., 2009).This study aimed to examine the influence of music then aromatherapy on the psychological outcomes of intercollegiate women athletes. Measures: For this education, 40 women athletes from Andhra University, aged between 18 and 25 years, remained selected as members and randomly divided into two groups of 20 each. Group I underwent Combined Music and Aroma Therapy Training (CMAAT), while Group II served as the Control Group (CG). The experimental group participated in the intervention three times per week over a period of eight weeks. The selected variables for assessment included achievement motivation, measured using Dr. M. L. Kamalesh’s (1990) Achievement Motivation Questionnaire, and concentration, evaluated through the Harris, D. V. & Harris, B. L. (1984) Concentration Test. Pre- and post-tests were conducted on separate days following a standardized warm-up protocol. Results: Data stayed examined using the paired sample ‘t’ test at a 0.05 level of significance. The consequences revealed that combined music and aroma therapy produced a positive impact on achievement motivation and concentration levels among women athletes. Significant improvements in both variables can be attributed to the synergistic effects of music and aromatherapy. Hypothesis: The facts composed from the participants were statistically analyzed to evaluate achievement motivation and concentration levels, both of which showed significant improvement following combined music and aroma therapy training. These findings align with earlier research, leading to the conclusion that combined music and aromatherapy effectively enhance achievement motivation and concentration among intercollegiate women athletes.
